This view shows the whole route along the entire road. The line on the map starts on the eastern end at number 1 Boulevard Haussmann, where the road starts beside Metro Richellieu-Drouot  it takes over from Boulevard Montmartre. Moving westward through the fashionable parts of the city it is almost a straight line except for a slight turn southward when it crosses Rue de Miromesnil.

Now take a virtual walking tour of the boulevard starting at the eastern end. Follow your way along the map and complete the whole 2.5km length. It will go a lot faster doing it online than it would walking, for though it is not a long distance the number of places to stop and see things is large.

Make a mark on the map to know what places you'll want to investigate in more detail when you visit in real life.
